Gonzo's 18 and More is the public-facing brand operated by GONZO'S INDOOR GOLF CLUB & ACADEMY, LLC, a Vermont limited liability company. The company's registered assumed name is GONZO'S HD SPORTS. “Gonzo's 18 and More” is not identified here as a registered assumed name.

Information and customer communications

When you contact us, we may use the information you choose to provide to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you request, and communicate with you about that interaction. Online bookings are handled through Acuity Scheduling, a separate service with its own privacy information. A booking through Acuity, or a phone number provided for another purpose, does not by itself constitute consent to receive text messages from us.

Text messages and consent

We send SMS messages only to people who have affirmatively opted in to receive them. Our intended messaging is to respond to customer inquiries and provide follow-up when the person has consented to that follow-up. Consent to text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

We do not collect SMS opt-in through a form on this website. If we invite you to opt in through a separate consent method, that method should describe the messages and how to opt out before you choose whether to consent.

Mobile information sharing

Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted.
