SMS program and business identity

Gonzo's 18 and More is the public-facing brand operated by GONZO'S INDOOR GOLF CLUB & ACADEMY, LLC, a Vermont limited liability company. The company's registered assumed name is GONZO'S HD SPORTS. We provide indoor golf, instruction, events, and related hospitality services.

If you have affirmatively opted in, messages from the Gonzo's 18 and More SMS program may respond to your customer inquiry or provide follow-up that you consented to receive. A booking through Acuity Scheduling by itself does not constitute consent to receive text messages; SMS consent is always separate and affirmative.

Consent, frequency, and rates

Consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary based on your inquiry and any follow-up you have agreed to receive. Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and to us. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.

Opt out and get help

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text message from this program. We will send a confirmation message, and you will not receive further messages from this program after the opt-out is processed. If you later want to receive messages again, you must affirmatively opt in again through a method we make available; messages will not resume automatically after STOP.
